Leading side tipper brand, AZMEB will launch its latest HVST model at the 2015 Brisbane Truck Show in May. Purpose-built for the transport of household waste, woodchip and other high volume, low density products, the HVST is known for its ‘two tubs on one’ tipper design.

Craig Wallace, Tippers General Manager at MaxiTRANS, which manufactures the AZMEB brand, explains that the AZMEB HVST will be showcased as part of a focus on waste transport equipment by their tipper brands at the upcoming Brisbane Truck Show.

The HVST or High Volume Side Tipper features a lower tub complemented by a hinged upper body, giving it the volume and appearance of two tubs on one tipper. Designed to carry low density products, the HVST is able to almost double the height of a conventional tipper, allowing companies to transport large volumes of product without having to switch to a walking-floor style trailer.

Key features of the AZMEB HVST side tippers include 450 grade wear plate steel construction with aluminium upper body; volume reaching up to 85m³ per single trailer or 120m³ per B-Double; ability to unload up to 10 times faster than most walking floor trailers; and available in rigid body, lead, tag, B-Double and road train configurations.

Apart from the ability to carry high volumes of low density loads such as general household waste, the HVST can also carry high density loads such as sand and gravel by simply loading only the lower half of the two-part body and side tipping as normal.

Work health and safety are major objectives in the design of the HVST with the operator/driver using a six-function wireless remote control to tip the contents over without having to leave the cab.

AZMEB will debut the HVST in the main exhibition hall on stand number 41 at the 2015 Brisbane Truck Show. The show runs from 14 May to 17 May 2015 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
