Hunter Outdoor Elements II ceiling fans available from Prestige Fans have been updated to help cool areas during the hot summer months.

Outdoor Elements II ceiling fans now feature a 5 blade design, with the blades made from durable and UV resistant ABS plastic. The blades are reversible, with a wicker design on one side, and a palm frond design on the other. Outdoor Elements II cooling fans are designed to withstand the worst the mother nature offers. Outdoor Elements II ceiling fans are IP44 rated and salt spray tested, meaning they can withstand the tough tropical winds and rain, as well as sea spray.

The 137cm (54”) Brushed Aluminium model comes with 5 reversible Natural Wicker/Palm Frond Plastic blades, and the 137cm (54”) New Bronze model comes with 5 reversible Dark Antique Wicker/Palm Frond Plastic blades.

Both models include a high output outdoor motor and a canopy suitable for mounting the fans on flat or angled ceilings up to 34 degrees.

Outdoor Elements II ceiling fans are fitted with a pull chain for operation, though this can be connected to a wall control if necessary, and the ceiling fans can also be fitted with optional light kits.

For indoor use, the ceiling fans are fitted with a ‘summer/winter’ switch that allows the fans to be operated in reverse through the winter months. This helps to recirculate warm air that can get trapped at the ceiling. This operation provides a more even, comfortable temperature, and can also help to reduce winter heating costs by more than 10%.
