Perched above Seven Mile Beach on NSW's South Coast, The Solstice by Futureflip won HIA NSW Home of the Year 2025. This 850sqm coastal gem spans three levels with open-plan flow. Futureflip captured westerly light and ocean views through north-facing glazing and curved roofs.

Coastal perks shine: endless beach vistas, breezy decks for entertaining, infinity pool blending with the horizon. Design responds to the environment via passive solar, cross-ventilation, recycled timbers, and low energy use. Lift Shop's integration ties levels together without clashing aesthetics.

Seamless vertical flow by Lift Shop

The A Series swing door lift from Lift Shop glides effortlessly across three levels, combining quiet performance with refined design. Framed glass walls showcase panoramic views, a full-length mirrored rear wall enhances light and space, and an aluminium swing door with D252 powdercoated framing creates a sleek, durable finish, all designed for seamless vertical movement without obstructing the view.

Lift features

Framed glass walls for panoramic cabin views
Full-length mirrored rear wall to amplify light and space
Aluminium swing landing door with D252 powdercoated framing
Electric traction drive for smooth, quiet operation
Battery backup and in-cabin self-rescue for peace of mind

Everyday living and lifestyle integration

Garage to deck in seconds: groceries glide up, guests arrive effortlessly. Kitchen flows to entertaining zones; bedrooms stay private yet connected. Lift turns multi-level into flat-living ease, sparking family chats through glass walls.

The investment advantage

In the prestige property market, a home lift is no longer a novelty, it's an expectation. The right lift signals foresight, sophistication, and intelligent design.

Homes with lifts attract greater buyer interest
Premium buyers see lifts as a non-negotiable inclusion
For a fraction of the property's total value, the A Series adds significant resale appeal

In other words: lifestyle today, return tomorrow.
