The BRO Series LED high bays are developed as a scalable solution for these environments, with 100W, 150W and 200W options allowing the same luminaire family to be used across multiple mounting heights.

Designed for AS/NZS 1680 lighting requirements

In warehouse and retail applications, achieving the required light levels under AS/NZS 1680 is often complicated by the use of standard wide-beam high bays. A typical 120° distribution can create excessive brightness at the top of the racking while reducing illumination where staff are working.

With 60° PC lenses and deep aluminium or prismatic reflector options, the BRO Series directs light to the floor and vertical picking faces. This improves task visibility and allows wider spacing between fittings, reducing the total luminaire count across large floor areas.

In a typical 5m mounting height warehouse, the 100W model can deliver approximately 360 lux at 6m spacing, suitable for most general industrial and warehouse retail applications.

One high bay range for multiple ceiling heights

The series is designed to simplify lighting schedules across different zones:

BLBL-BRO-100, 100W: 4m to 6m mounting heights, ideal for supermarkets, low-bay warehouses and retail floors
BLBL-BRO-150, 150W: 6m to 8m mounting heights for mid-height logistics and storage
BLBL-BRO-200, 200W: 8m to 12m mounting heights for high-clearance warehouses

This allows consistent luminaire selection throughout a project while maintaining the required light levels.

Optical flexibility for different layouts

Optical configurations are specified at order, enabling lighting to be tailored to each space:

Lens options: 120° clear | 120° opal | 60° PC

Reflector options:

60° aluminium | 90° aluminium
75° acrylic prismatic | 90° acrylic prismatic

Deep beam distributions can achieve UGR <19, making the fitting suitable for visually demanding environments such as workshops and assembly areas.

Built for Australian warehouse conditions

The BRO Series features a high-mass die-cast aluminium heatsink designed to maintain stable output in high ambient temperatures. In large industrial buildings operating long hours, this thermal stability helps prevent lumen drop and reduces maintenance requirements.

The fittings are also IP65 rated, allowing use in loading zones, back-of-house areas and other dust-prone environments.

Control, mounting and colour temperature options

To suit different project requirements, the series offers:

CCT: 3000K / 4000K / 5000K / 6000K
DALI and 0-10V dimming options
Pendant mounting (standard)
Optional surface mount bracket for concrete ceilings and retrofit projects
