For trims and detailing, award-winning Trimplus provided the perfect solution, offering the appearance of a traditional oil-based enamel without the mess, smell or clean-up. In the basement levels, where durability matters most, MetalPlus Etch Primer and Tricoat Primer Sealer were used alongside Ultra-Premium Solashield to protect against moisture and salt exposure common to coastal builds.
