In environments where safety and reliability matter most, even the smallest design details can make a meaningful difference. The Capstan Lead Safe™ ½ Turn Child Safety Wall Top Assembly Set has been thoughtfully engineered to help protect young users, while maintaining the performance and simplicity expected in everyday spaces.

Whether in homes, schools, or childcare facilities, access to water fixtures is part of daily life. This assembly set is specifically designed to prevent young children from independently adjusting water flow at baths and basins. Once set by an adult, the half-turn mechanism limits further operation, reducing the risk of accidental scalding or unintended water flow.

It’s a simple yet highly effective way to introduce an added layer of protection without disrupting how the space functions for adults.

Built for Healthier Water Delivery

Constructed from lead free DZR brass, the Child Safety Assembly Set supports safer, cleaner water delivery. In environments where water quality is critical, this material choice provides reassurance that safety extends beyond functionality to the water itself.

Certified to AS 3718 and compliant with NCC 2022 Lead Free requirements, it offers long-term confidence for specifiers, installers, and end users alike.

Simplicity Without Compromise

Safety solutions shouldn’t add complexity. That’s why the integrated ½ turn ceramic disc system is built directly into the tap body. There’s no need for additional locks, keys, or hardware just a streamlined, reliable mechanism that works seamlessly within the fixture.

This makes installation straightforward for both new projects and retrofit applications, saving time while ensuring consistent performance.

The Child Safety Assembly Set strikes a careful balance: giving adults smooth, intuitive control while helping reduce unintended use by children. It’s a design that works quietly in the background, supporting safer spaces without drawing attention to itself.
