Set among charming heritage buildings in Sydney’s north, Turramurra Threads transforms an existing Victorian construction. The design brief prioritised retaining the historic front windows and delicate ceiling details while adding a modern rear extension.

Emphasising architectural character alongside contemporary amenities, the project also revitalised an underutilised garden space, drawing inspiration from neighbouring sites. Maxton Fox partnered with Corvus Primesite and Benn + Penna architecture to bring this bespoke joinery vision to life.
