Escea has unveiled the latest evolution of its holographic electric fireplace range, introducing refined designs, expanded model options, and enhanced flame realism that bring electric fireplaces closer than ever to the look and feel of a real wood fire.

Building on the success of its debut electric fireplaces, the upgraded models represent a significant step forward in both performance and design. Advances in Escea’s Flame-Map Technology and holographic projection deliver deeper, more natural flame movement, richer tones, and increased visual depth – creating an experience so convincing, many people don’t immediately realise they’re looking at an electric fire.

“People often ask where the electric fires are – all while standing right in front of one,” said Owen Clements, Electric Engineering Manager at Escea Fireplaces. “That reaction tells us we’ve closed the realism gap that has traditionally held electric fireplaces back.”

The evolved range expands Escea’s electric offering with a broader selection of sizes, from compact models suited to smaller living spaces through to expansive linear fireplaces stretching nearly two metres wide. Inbuilt and freestanding options, along with a growing suite of surrounds and accessories, allow the fireplaces to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of architectural styles and interiors.

Designed and crafted in New Zealand, the range reflects Escea’s long-held belief that homeowners and designers should not have to choose between aesthetics and performance. Zero-clearance installation, no flues or vents, and flexible heat output (1.5kW or 3kW) options allow electric fireplaces to be specified in spaces where traditional fireplaces are not possible – without compromising on presence or warmth.
