BOSS Fire & Safety was recently recognised by the Australian construction industry for their product, the BOSS FyreBox, at the 2018 Australian Construction Awards held in Sydney. The BOSS FyreBox won ‘Product Innovation of the Year’, a category that draws the largest number of nominations at the prestigious industry awards program.

The BOSS FyreBox’s latest recognition follows on from its success at the Fire Protection Industry Awards in November 2017.

BOSS Fire CEO, Mark Prior said:

Impressed with BOSS’ approach to product development and innovation, the ACA Judging Panel said:

The industry constantly introduces new and innovative solutions, which enable us to adapt how we design, build, and operate. This category received the most entries.

“There was one company in particular that stood out from the tough competition. This award recognises those who have risen to the challenge through creativity and innovation in their product line.

“The winning organisation has achieved great levels of creativity through innovative product development in the field of passive fire protection.”
