Woods Bagot has announced its 2026 elevations list, comprising 45 individuals across 10 studios within its global practice, alongside five promotions at ERA-co, a global place consultancy and member of the 7C Network.

The scale of this year's list reflects the breadth of contribution across the practice's global network, recognising architects, interior designers and operational professionals from studios spanning Australia, the United Arab Emirates, North America, China and Hong Kong. The cohort encompasses every tier of seniority from Associate through to Associate Principal, and extends across both project roles and group functions including design technology, people and culture, and information technology, underscoring the practice's recognition of contribution beyond the studio floor.

"Through their dedication, collaboration and commitment to our shared values, this year’s elevations have made meaningful contributions to our clients, communities and teams across our global studio network," says Sarah Kay, CEO of Woods Bagot. "These promotions recognise not only what has been achieved, but the leadership, potential and influence these individuals will bring to our future."
