Leading architecture and design firm TURNER announces the recent promotions of Petra Magendanz, Kalpana Rink, and Tiffany Kuo, underscoring the practice’s commitment to fostering a culture of creativity, diversity, and continuous learning by creating new opportunities for team members.

Magendanz has been promoted to Associate Director, Rink to Senior Associate, and Kuo to Associate.

“At TURNER, we believe that design is for everyone and people are at the heart of everything we do,” says Karl May, Managing Director of TURNER. “Of course, that includes our own people, whose creativity, design expertise and hard work make everything possible.”

“These three team members have each been associated with TURNER for close to a decade, or longer,” he elaborates. “During that time, they have made important contributions to key projects that have built our reputation as a leader in designing large-scale mixed-use precincts and residential projects.”

Petra Magendanz

Joining TURNER in 2012, Magendanz has worked with leading architectural practices in Melbourne, Dubai and Sydney. She brings to her new position a passion for tall buildings, a flair for conceptual design and a solid foundation in construction practices.

Kalpana Rink

With TURNER since 2015, Rink has worked on numerous projects in Sydney and Parramatta, including several large-scale residential projects. She brings her infectious energy and enthusiasm to all of her projects, with an approach that’s both analytical and intuitive.

Tiffany Kuo

Since joining TURNER in 2016, Kuo has worked on significant projects, including the affordable housing project, Blackwattle Apartments. Her strong construction background and commitment to designing well-built and enduring spaces will support TURNER’s delivery of quality and socially responsible architecture.
