World-leading marketing services organisation WPP has signed on as the first major tenant at The GPT Group’s premium $555-million office development, 51 Flinders Lane in Melbourne.

Located in Melbourne’s sought-after Paris end, the commercial precinct, currently under development, is set to redefine and elevate workplace experiences with a range of premium facilities, services and amenities. The design team behind the development includes Bates Smart as the base building architect, Warren & Mahoney as the fitout architect, and Greenshoot as the First Nations architect.

Offering approximately 27,500sqm of A-Grade commercial office space and 1,000sqm of retail amenities, 51 Flinders Lane consists of two distinct towers, including a 14-level North Tower spanning 2,826sqm, and a 39-level South Tower at 24,727sqm.

WPP has committed to about 4,540sqm of quality office space across six levels for its 700 Melbourne employees.

Construction of the development is expected to be completed in March 2026. Leasing for both towers within 51 Flinders Lane is underway.
