A new partnership between award-winning Australian developer Mirvac and premium wellness brand TotalFusion is set to introduce high-end fitness and wellbeing facilities at LIV Aston, a build-to-rent residential development in Melbourne’s revitalised Northbank precinct.

The agreement, facilitated by Colliers, aims to integrate premium wellness amenities directly into the residential offering, reflecting growing demand for health-focused urban living.

Combining Mirvac’s leadership in build-to-rent with TotalFusion’s expertise in wellness innovation, the partnership reflects a shared vision to prioritise health, connection, sustainability and holistic living in built spaces.

Designed as a wellness-centric ecosystem, LIV Aston targets a 5 Star Green Star and NABERS Energy rating while forming part of a broader $1 billion precinct transformation. The wellness oasis curated by TotalFusion includes infrared saunas, hot-and-cold plunge pools, cryotherapy and red-light therapy suites, alongside extensive fitness amenities such as full-scale cardio zones, high-end strength and performance equipment, and multi-sensory group fitness studios. Residents will also have access to luxury member lounge facilities, food and beverage and more.

LIV Aston incorporates biophilic design principles, high ceilings, abundant natural light, immersive indoor gardens and dedicated yoga and meditation spaces, positioning the development as a wellness-driven urban sanctuary in the heart of Melbourne.

Mirvac’s General Manager, Portfolio Management, Alison Flemming describes the partnership with TotalFusion as a strategic decision to broaden North Wharf’s offering and appeal as a precinct, as well as building on the success of the residents-only gym at LIV Aston.
