WA Country Builders won the coveted 2025 HIA Australian Project Home of the Year award, marking a significant achievement for the regional builder and its parent company, JWH Group.

This accolade represents the third consecutive national win for JWH Group subsidiaries, following The Rural Building Company's victories in the same category in 2023 and 2024.

WA Country Builders won the award for a custom-designed residence located in Mount Richon, featuring a refined open plan layout that captures stunning panoramic views from the living areas and kitchen. Designed for relaxed family living, this coastal haven has four bedrooms, with the master suite incorporating a private courtyard. The poolside alfresco area seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces.

These Awards recognise excellence across the nation's residential building industry in 23 separate categories. Finalists in the 2025 Project Home category also included Stroud Homes, Port Macquarie; JOSCON, Tasmania; and G.J. Gardner Homes, Melbourne.
