Design-led developer Bottega House has taken a significant step into the Brisbane property market after completing the acquisition of a prominent riverfront site in St Lucia, paving the way for a luxury residential development on one of the city's most sought-after stretches of the Brisbane River.

Located on Macquarie Street in one of the most tightly held residential precincts within the established inner-west suburb, the waterfront property enjoys uninterrupted river frontage, with the proposed project being Bottega House’s first major development in Brisbane.

Designed by Plus Studio with interiors by Mim Design, the project will deliver a boutique collection of high-end luxury apartments tailored primarily for owner-occupiers and downsizers seeking premium lifestyle accommodation.

Plans for the site are currently being assessed by Brisbane City Council.

The project aims to introduce a new level of apartment living to the precinct through a combination of contemporary architecture, carefully curated interiors and extensive amenities for residents including wellness-focused spaces, resort-style swimming pools and recreational areas.

Sales for the development will be managed by Keenan & Byrne, with a market launch anticipated later this year.
