Uniting, a leading provider of aged care, disability, community and early learning services, has announced plans to build a multi-storey mixed use facility in Epping.

The $100-million aged care tower will offer an 83-bed residential care facility as well as 152 independent seniors’ living units across its 19 storeys.

Uniting has lodged plans with the City of Parramatta for the proposed tower.

Designed by Turner Studio, the tower will consist of a residential aged care facility located over three levels, and will offer both standard aged care and specialised dementia care services.

Ancillary offices and ground floor retail as well as 178 basement car parks across three levels are also included in the plan.

Uniting's Coombah Retirement Village consisting of three 2-storey buildings, currently occupies this property and is in close proximity to Epping railway station and within Epping’s Town Centre Redevelopment precinct.
