Mirvac Constructions has once again received the highest possible 5 Gold Star iCIRT rating, a respected construction quality measurement tool administered by regulated ratings agency Equifax. This marks the third consecutive year that Mirvac has achieved this distinction.

The iCIRT rating system seeks to improve building standards and consumer confidence across NSW. Designed in collaboration with key stakeholders from government and industry, the iCIRT tool is one of many pillars of reform implemented in NSW by former Building Commissioner David Chandler OAM, as part of the state’s Building Strong Foundations plan, wherein rating systems are used to better assess the trustworthiness and capability of professionals in the construction industry.

Mirvac made history in 2022 as the first construction company to achieve the prestigious 5 Gold Star iCIRT rating following an intense assessment process.
