The office’s layout is a direct response to the building’s dramatic V-cut scalloped façade, with the interior design cleverly distinguishing front-of-house and back-of-house areas. This architectural rhythm is echoed inside, enhancing both functionality and flow.

Guests are welcomed into a lounge-style reception space reminiscent of Kokoda’s luxury residential developments. A hospitality-style bar and dining area replace the conventional boardroom, complemented by an immersive floor-to-ceiling LED screen, creating an inviting environment that encourages both client engagement and creative collaboration.
