Haiku Yarra is designed by leading Melbourne architecture firm Fender Katsalidis and constructed by Australian builder Hickory with the property’s signature interiors helmed by Hecker Guthrie in collaboration with not-for-profit organisation Craft.

Haiku’s ‘Love it or Leave it’ guarantee – an industry-first offer to mark the opening – allows residents to leave after 30 days with no strings attached by simply giving a 30-day notice if they don’t find the apartments a perfect fit.
