A curated selection of leading international and Australian brands will be featured at ECQ Outlet, the third stage of Frasers Property Australia’s Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) development and Greater Western Sydney’s first outlet retail destination.

ECQ Outlet is based on a large-scale ‘outlet retail’ concept in which brands will offer a minimum of 70% of their stock for sale at rates discounted from ordinary or recommended retail price.

Led by ASICS, which will open its biggest outlet store in Australia at ECQ Outlet, the brands also include Adidas, Fila, Puma, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Tarocash, Connor, yd., Johnny Bigg, Rockwear and Strand among many more, offering everything from athleisure and adventure wear to footwear and fashion favourites. About 100 brands will be featured in this unique outlet retail development.

Construction is progressing well at the development, which is on track to open in 2026. The shopping centre floor is almost complete while the basement car park is now ready, delivering over 300 undercover parking spaces as part of the planned 1,100 additional parking spaces. ECQ Outlet will be directly connected to the existing shopping centre, creating a seamless and integrated shopping experience.

ECQ’s location at the intersection of the Great Western Highway and the M7 Motorway makes it uniquely suited to the outlet model, given its connectivity and accessibility to a vast geographical area of Sydney, with the trade area estimated to be more than 1.2 million shoppers across this rapidly growing region.

ECQ Outlet represents an investment of approximately $150 million in the community by Frasers Property. Approximately 500 jobs will be created during the development phase with an additional 500 long-term jobs to be created once it becomes operational.
