After North Sydney and Bondi, Gurner Group is expanding its network of Saint Haven Private Members Club locations in Sydney with the addition of a new club at DARE Property Group’s latest luxury residential development, Amara in Mosman. Saint Haven’s first Sydney club will open in North Sydney in March 2026.

Located at 700 Military Road in the heart of Mosman's evolving high street precinct, Amara is designed by DKO Architecture, with the project combining exclusive residences, world-class wellness facilities and curated retail to create a holistic sense of place.

The $200-million luxury development will comprise 26 meticulously designed residences, including seven two-bedroom apartments and 18 three-bedroom apartments alongside a 570sqm five-bedroom full-floor penthouse, which is priced at approximately $30 million and combines expansive views with bespoke interiors by acclaimed designer Fiona Lynch. A private wellness retreat with dedicated sauna, fitness and yoga studio, and custom wine display are also part of the penthouse offering.

Saint Haven at Amara Mosman

Spanning 1,600 square metres across two levels of the seven-storey Amara development, the Mosman club is designed to integrate high-end wellness, culinary and bio-hacking services directly into residential living. Residents will have access to the club via private lift, positioning wellness as a seamless extension of daily life.

Established by Gurner Group Founder Tim Gurner, the private club was launched in Melbourne in 2023 and has since built a strong following, with sold-out memberships and waitlists across multiple locations.

Demand in Sydney has been “remarkable”, he adds, with memberships at North Sydney almost at capacity. “The only way to secure a place in Mosman will be by joining our North Sydney club.”

The spacious Mosman Saint Haven club will feature a business and co-working lounge, an organic wholefoods restaurant and an Ancient Bathhouse with a 39-degree thermal pool, six-degree cold plunge and 90-degree sauna. Facilities will also include a world-class gym floor, reformer Pilates studio, strength and conditioning studio, and an immersive soundbath and breathwork space known as ‘The Portal’.

Recovery and longevity treatments include full body red light therapy, cryotherapy, advanced hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV vitamin infusions. The club will also feature a dedicated holistic spa with treatment rooms for massages, organic facials, body treatments and other modalities, including nutrition and naturopath consultations, energy healing, spiritual cleansing, mindset coaching and more.

"This partnership with Saint Haven represents a fundamental shift in how we think about luxury residential living,” says DARE Property Group Founder Danny Avidan.

The Amara project is scheduled to commence construction in 2026, with completion anticipated by the end of 2027.
