This recently completed new apartment complex, designed by leading architecture and design practice TURNER for clients C.ex Group and Paynter Dixon, introduces twelve storeys of contemporary residential apartments into the Coffs Harbour city heart.

The resulting decrease in traffic congestion will have a dramatic impact on the city centre, improving the environment, amenities, lifestyle, retail, and hospitality opportunities in the growing city of 80,000 residents, creating increased demand for inner-city living.

CODA is well placed to meet this demand, featuring 95 apartments, residential common areas, retail and hospitality spaces, and a dedicated wellness centre for local veterans, an important community facility for client C.Ex Group, the ex-services memorial and sporting club.

The design of CODA references the coastal city’s history of retail arcades. Its central CODA Walkway connects the busy main shopping strip on Harbour Drive and the main entry to the neighbouring C.ex Coffs services club on Vernon Street, helping to attract pedestrian traffic.
