A brand-new clubhouse, complete with luxury amenities and promising the best of resort living, will soon open at Vantage Bloomdale, anchoring connection, wellbeing and everyday social life for residents.

As Diggers Rest’s first land lease community, Vantage Bloomdale by AVID Property Group is purpose-designed for over-50s living in Victoria’s high-growth Melton region, with residents enjoying all the benefits, amenities and conveniences of a luxurious resort.

Work on the Clubhouse, which sits at the centre of this new neighbourhood, began in late 2024, with ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects overseeing the architectural design, Insitu Group leading construction, and Arkee Creative shaping the interiors to create a community hub that fosters connection among residents.

Spanning about 8,000 square metres, the completed facility combines a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities including an indoor pool, spa and sauna, a fully equipped gym, and exclusive communal spaces comprising a private dining room with a functioning kitchen, resident lounge, games room, theatre, and library.

“Vantage Bloomdale’s Clubhouse has been designed to promote meaningful community connections between neighbours,” says AVID Victoria General Manager Penny Forrest. “With construction now complete, we’re excited for residents to soon enjoy the Clubhouse facilities and see it become the go-to meeting place for them and their loved ones.”

The Clubhouse has been designed as the social heart of the community, while also catering to a broad range of interests and lifestyles. Dedicated health and wellness facilities such as a bowling green, tennis and pickleball courts, and landscaped communal gardens encourage both physical activity and quiet relaxation for residents.

“We know that our community has varying interests, which is why the Clubhouse offers such a wide array of spaces and functions. Between dedicated areas for physical wellness, to space for enjoying movies and games, there truly is something for everyone,” Forrest adds.

The Vantage Bloomdale Clubhouse will officially open its doors on 28th February, with a grand celebration planned to welcome residents and their guests to experience a day of resort-style living.
