A landmark residential project on Sydney’s southern coastline is getting ready for delivery, with premium property developer Abadeen confirming completion of construction on its Seychelles apartment development at Brighton-Le-Sands.

Built by Jasara Constructions, the stunning property in one of Sydney’s most tightly held waterfront suburbs, just 20 minutes to Sydney CBD and the airport, will begin welcoming residents from January 2026.

Located on one of the last remaining true beachfront sites along The Grand Parade, directly opposite Brighton-Le-Sands Beach, Seychelles has transformed a highly prominent coastal address into a defining feature of the suburb, drawing strong local interest throughout its development.

The property sits within walking distance of Brighton-Le-Sands’ popular café and dining precinct, with the building offering uninterrupted views across Botany Bay. With direct access to coastal walking paths, parklands and swimming beaches, Seychelles maximises the waterfront experience for residents.

Architecturally, Seychelles adopts a refined coastal expression that celebrates its waterfront setting, combining sculptural forms with a natural materials palette. The design balances contemporary apartment living with five heritage terrace homes at the front of the site, which have been carefully restored.

The boutique development comprises a collection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with two penthouses recently released to the market. The apartments are designed for privacy, space and quality, with the interiors featuring natural stone finishes, warm timber joinery and expansive glazing to frame panoramic ocean views.

Most of the residences have already been sold with only a few available in the final release, including the two signature penthouses.
