Anglicare has officially launched the final stage of Woolooware Shores, designed by renowned architecture firms Jackson Teece and SJB.

This highly anticipated release marks the culmination of a 19-year masterplan, introducing a limited collection of premium residences as the $263 million development moves towards completion this year.

Developed by Anglicare and built by GrowthBuilt, the final release will deliver 78 premium residences across two architecturally designed buildings, completing the Woolooware Shores masterplan with a total of 411 apartments.

Designed by renowned architecture firms Jackson Teece and SJB, the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, suites, and penthouses priced from $1,417,000, offer seniors a rare opportunity to secure a luxury waterfront home in one of Australia’s most sought-after retirement communities.

Following the overwhelming demand for Stage 7, now 97% sold, Stage 8 has already generated strong buyer interest, reflecting the growing demand for high-quality, independent seniors living.
