Maxton Fox was approached by Foredeck Constructions to tender for the 1,450sqm Datacom head office located at 1 Denison Street, Sydney.
For their Sydney HQ, the technology company sought to provide the best facility to enable their team to continue to deliver intelligent service solutions.
Maxton Fox worked closely with Foredeck and Datacom from the early stages of the project to develop the design, and provide competitive budgeting advice across all the items to be delivered.
Foredeck and Maxton Fox helped shape the design to deliver a hybrid working model within the workplace. Maxton Fox manufactured and installed all joinery, furniture and particular workstations that allowed for hybrid working. Collaboration and flexible spaces were also provided for an adaptable office fitout.
It was great for the Maxton Fox team to be back at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney – a development that the team had been involved in during the construction of the overall building.
We are very pleased with the outcome of Datacom’s workplace, and are particularly fond of the striking blue features throughout.
