Findex, one of Australasia’s leading financial advisory and accounting service providers with over 3000+ staff, has rolled out the Yellowbox smart locker system at their Sydney and Melbourne offices. These installations provide Findex employees with flexible storage that they can self-access when in the office.

Findex sought a locker system for their employees that was easy to use and manage, and compatible with their flexible working environment.

The Yellowbox smart locker system is focused on usability for both employees and facility managers through its software and integrations with Findex’s existing workplace environment, including their security system (RFID Cards) and active directory.

All Findex employees can open and unlock a locker for the day by simply tapping their building access card on the side of the locker bank. They can also login to the Yellowbox App with their existing SSO login to book and unlock their locker using their mobile phone.

The Yellowbox system is flexible and configurable to different rules, such as setting all bookings to end at the end of the day to prevent hoarding and ensure everyone has access to a locker at the start of each day.

Facilities management has saved hours of administration time using the Yellowbox system, through the automatic onboarding of employees (with their access cards) and self-serve nature of the system.

The lockers were manufactured by Planex, an award-winning furniture designer and manufacturer based in Melbourne.
