The Footprint Company (TFC) has been working with several retail tenants to quantify the environmental impact of their designs. Since 2011, TFC has assessed over 1,000 retail tenants and helped them reduce their global impact by informing them about simple substitutions.
Additionally, TFC has helped streamline the communication channels between tenants and centre owners for tenant service requirements.
Some of these tenants include St. George, Barangaroo; Zara, Highpoint Shopping Centre; Apple, Highpoint Shopping Centre; and McDonalds, Highpoint Shopping Centre.
