Manufactured by Saniflo (Australia) , Sanicondens wastewater pumping units are designed to neutralise and dispose of the acidic concentrate run off from condensing boilers.

Most new and replacement boilers are condensing boilers that produce water vapour as part of the combustion process.

This water vapour condenses into an acidic liquid form, know as condensate, which needs to be piped away to a remote drain.

When the boiler is situated below drain or sewer level, this can cause problems as the liquid cannot be drained away by gravity.

Sanicondens are small but powerful wastewater pumping units specifically designed for the disposable of this acidic condensate.

The units are capable of taking the discharge from a condensing boiler, neutralising its acidic content and pumping it away to a drain.

Pumping up to 4.5 metre vertically, the wastwater pumping units can be floor or wall mounted, and can equally be used in conjunction with other water producing equipment such as air conditioners, dehumidifiers and hot water cylinder relief valves.

Sanicondens wastewater pumping units can pump up to 342 litres per hour, and if pumping vertically to 4 metres will pump at 156 litres per hour.

They operate at a maximum of 2800 rpm at temperatures of up to 80 degrees, and are supplied housed in a relatively compact 283 x 180 x 128 mm unit.
