The Beachcomber Hotel went through a complete redevelopment process after its takeover by Oscar’s Hotel Group for $20 million.
Located between two Great Lakes and the Pacific Ocean on NSW’s Central Coast, the Beachcomber has nearly 100 metres of lake frontage and its own private pier.
Trescon Constructions was contracted along with Elaine Richardson Architects to redesign and develop this iconic property.
Maxton Fox was engaged by Trescon to manufacture and install all the joinery across the Beaches Bar as well as the 80 guestrooms within the resort.
Completed in April 2021, the resort is now open and functioning as a 4-star offering encompassing indoor and outdoor bars, restaurants, function rooms, guestrooms as well as a lakeside pool and gym among others.
