Burnt Orange Café recently switched to a range of Tork Professional Hygiene products to meet the quality expectations of their customers.

Located on the grounds of the old Mosman golf club in a stunning 1930s sandstone mansion overlooking Sydney Harbour, Burnt Orange Café is a busy venue, averaging around 250 covers per day during the week and up to 600 per day on weekends. Open for breakfast, morning tea, lunch and high tea, the café also operates a kiosk and function room catering for 120 guests.

Assistant Manager, Kevin Kileen explained that the products they were using previously didn’t meet the quality levels expected by their clientele. Products from the Tork Professional Hygiene range in use at the Burnt Orange Café include Tork LinStyle disposable napkins for the restaurant, Tork Elevation hand towel and foam soap dispensers at the staff wash station, and Tork Elevation dispensers in the bathrooms.

Tork LinStyle is a high quality line of 8-fold disposable napkins with a natural looking linen emboss and exceptional softness. The napkins are also FSC certified, biodegradable and certified food contact safe. The pre-folded napkins help café staff save around six hours each week, giving them more time to service customers.

Tork Elevation hand towel and foam soap dispensers have been installed at the staff wash station. Head Barista Lucinda Earlam says refilling the hand towel and soap dispenser is quick and easy. The high capacity of the Tork Elevation hand towel and foam soap dispensers also means they need to be refilled less often.

The management team has also rejuvenated the bathrooms with coordinated Tork Elevation dispensers, enhancing the overall customer experience.
