EcoSmart Fire presents a smart way to keep warm with a new range of standalone outdoor fires that deliver the right degree of ambience and function. EcoSmart Fire’s new standalone outdoor fires have been designed with an emphasis on redefining outdoor living.
Stephane Thomas, creator of EcoSmart Fire says their new outdoor fires combine warmth, captivating illumination and the ability to define spaces, providing the ultimate drawcard. The fires add a simple but stylish design element to the outdoor room, garden or indoor environment, creating a focal point, enhancing the ambience, and drawing people into the warm circle.
Designed for flexibility, similar to all EcoSmart Fire’s outdoor fireplaces, several of the fires in the new range are created from lightweight concrete composite, offering UV resistance, colourfastness and resistance to water penetration. One particular model is a sleek and chic combination of stainless steel and glass in a cylindrical shape, which creates a soft ambience.
A perfect blend of fire and stone, the Wharf meets the expectations of design professionals and landscape architects with its all-weather, earthy and rectangular design. Wharf incorporates the XL900 burner – the longest of EcoSmart Fire’s burners, which ensures a mesmerising, stretched flame.
A coffee table and a fire pit, Base has been designed as a multi-function table in a contemporary, sleek profile that fits in seamlessly with a variety of outdoor decors. A 304-grade stainless steel burner sits in the polished composite concrete surround, and Lava Rock can be added to further enhance the aesthetics. Fitted with EcoSmart’s AB8 burner, Base is fuelled by clean burning e-NRG bioethanol and will provide up to 11 hours of warmth and ambience, along with a mesmerising flame.
Complementing different outdoor decors, Ayre is a streamlined, cylindrical fire pit with the handcrafted model featuring a smooth and consistent finish in a choice of two hues – graphite and natural. The slimmer base holding the round burner sits perfectly in the fire pit and can be adorned with pebbles or larger stones to make a distinctive statement, either alongside outdoor furniture or as a standalone feature piece.
Step Fire Pit
Designed for smaller entertainment areas, Step Fire Pit is a slender, ‘chat height’ fire that can be placed between a couple of lounge chairs, or at the entrance of a home, or even on its own to draw people into an intimate gathering. The design makes it appear as if one layer is emerging from the other, complemented by the toughened glass surround from which the flame appears. Paired with the round AB8 burner, the more compact Step Fire Pit is an easy choice for urban dwellers. The outdoor fire comes in graphite or neutral tones.
Bringing contemporary flair to outdoor areas, Glow combines soft curves with industrial materials to create a modern centrepiece for outdoor entertaining. The stainless steel base supports a cylindrical glass surround, with the AB8 round burner delivering up to 11 hours of burning time. Glow is perfect for illuminating an outdoor event or simply enriching a room’s ambience. Being portable, it can be installed outdoors or indoors.
EcoSmart offers two new accessories designed to enhance individual fires.
Designed as a low-slung cocktail table and modular furniture extension, the Grid features a sturdy, streamlined construction to suit outdoor environments. Articulated feet on the Grid allow for level height adjustment when paired with EcoSmart’s Base and Wharf fire pits. Boasting minimalist chic and maximum practicality, this outdoor accessory from EcoSmart allows the designer to create different furniture configurations when paired with the Base and Wharf fire pits.
A hand-finished piece that discreetly doubles as a stool or side table, Station features organic curves, is made from natural materials, and is available in smooth, raw concrete or graphite finish options. Designed to match the new concrete EcoSmart fires, Station is perfect for any outdoor setting from native landscaped gardens to exotic resort-style outdoor rooms.
