The 34th edition of the annual Dulux Colour Awards continues to recognise, celebrate and showcase inspirational colour application in built environments across the residential and commercial spaces.

Entries to the prestigious Dulux Colour Awards are open to design professionals from Australia and New Zealand, including architects, interior designers, specifiers and colour consultants as well as students of interior design or architecture.

Judging

All entries will be assessed by an esteemed panel of design professionals from Australia and New Zealand. Projects will be judged on the basis of how colour has been used to enhance and transform the project through two elements – creativity and innovation.

“When used effectively, colour has an amazing ability to establish the mood and environment of a space, be it public, residential or commercial,” said Andrea Lucena-Orr, Dulux colour planning and communications manager.

“For the 2020 Dulux Colour Awards, we are hoping to see a wide range of entries using both Dulux and Porter’s Paints – it allows us a valuable opportunity to identify emerging talent, design movements, as well as celebrate pioneering employment of colour.”

Entries close on Thursday 27th February 2020.

Finalists will be announced on 19th March 2020 and winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony in Melbourne on 6th May 2020.
