The recent restrictions in the Brisbane area due to the pandemic have necessitated some changes to Con-Serv’s dispatch and customer pick-up policy, keeping in mind the safety and well-being of both employees and customers.
Until further notice, please be advised of the following changes:
- Head Office dispatch and receiving hours will operate between 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday until further notice.
- Customers and drivers are not permitted to enter the Con-Serv factory or office space. All enquiries and pick-ups are to present at the Service Desk located at the front of the Con-Serv factory.
- All customers and drivers must be wearing appropriate mask prior to entering the premises. NO MASK - NO SERVICE.
- Con-Serv has implemented a one-customer per serve at our Service Desk. Please maintain a 1.5m distance where practical and use the sanitiser provided when approaching the Service Desk.
- To minimise risk, pick-ups and deliveries will no longer require a signature. Our team and courier drivers will record the recipient’s name and sign on their behalf.
- All delivery dockets will be emailed to the customer for their records.
