BINQ supplied their thermally efficient windows and doors for the Nightingale 2.0 residential apartment project in Fairfield, Victoria. Nightingale 2.0 is located right next to the Fairfield Railway Station.

Based on a triple bottom line apartment development model, the Nightingale aims to deliver apartments that are environmentally, socially and financially sustainable. The ultimate goal of the project is to provide quality urban housing at an affordable price by simplifying the development process and the building itself.

Nightingale 2.0 is the second project in this series and consists of 20 apartments and 3 ground floor retail tenancies designed to help with street activation and improve the amenity of the station precinct.

For the Nightingale 2.0 project, BINQ collaborated with HIP V. HYPE and Six Degrees Architects to provide a thermally efficient window and door package from the Archetto Series that allowed them to create the sustainable footprint they sought to achieve.
