The four-townhouse project in Noosaville required an upmarket design appeal with practical features. Innova™ Nuline™ Plus was chosen for its weatherboard look, lower on wall cost, non-combustibility and ease of installation with a tongue-and-groove fitting that delivered seamlessly consistent joins throughout.
“The real benefit with Nuline™ Plus is the shadowline effect the board brings to the development. It is positioned perfectly along with other weatherboard homes in a very upmarket street. The fixing of the boards is also seamless,” the project builder Jason Williams said.
