For over forty years, the Australian Sign & Graphics Association has played a vital role in representing and advocating for Australia's signage and sign graphics industry.

The association’s membership base encompasses sign makers, sign writers, graphic designers, sign installers, sign and signage equipment suppliers, industry educators and apprentices who use sign making equipment, from digital printing machines through to neon products.  

Members are encouraged to operate in accordance with Australian Standards, and the association has developed a policy of quality and commitment to the customer, which ensures members provide professional services and clients are subsequently protected.

The association provides its members with access to technical and industry information, and produces a monthly newsletter. The newsletter contains industry news, event information, articles and any other information of relevance to the signage and sign graphics industry.

In an attempt to promote the advancement of Australia's signage and sign graphics industry ASGA plays a key role in the redevelopment of educational training courses and the construction of industry focused training centres.

The association is involved in countless signage and sign graphics exhibitions throughout Australia such as VIIE Sydney, and organises various national conferences in conjunction with the Visual Industry Suppliers Association (VISA).

The association provides its members with various networking opportunities, and plans social events for their benefit on a regular basis, from golf days through to awards and presentation dinners.
