    Ausco Modular

    Stayover by Ausco is an innovative concept that helps deliver responsive, high quality workforce accommodation solutions to resource-intensive areas and infrastructure hubs.

    Stayover by Ausco is based on the flexible Build, Own, Operate or BOO model pioneered by Ausco Modular, one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and installers of remote and regional accommodation. Ausco’s purpose-built facilities help ease demand pressures for housing and various types of accommodation that exist within many thriving regional centres.

    The Stayover by Ausco solution not only allows customers to focus on their core operational activities, but significantly, also preserves their working capital, which can be utilised for other important activities. Ausco Modular’s BOO model represents a six-stage lifecycle: Design, Develop, Build, Own, Operate and Maintain.

    Design

    Encompasses engineering and design specific to the requirements of the customer, project and geography; Ausco also factors in the requirements of other stakeholders such as local communities and government authorities.

    Develop

    Involves turnkey land development including bulk civil earthworks, infrastructure, service installation and connections.

    Build

    Manufacture and installation of modular and site-constructed building components.

    Own

    Stayover by Ausco has the ability to fund development costs via existing facilities.

    Operate

    Takes a holistic approach to village management incorporating catering, housekeeping, cleaning and janitorial services, reception and reservations.

    Maintain

    Ongoing preventative maintenance of grounds, services and facilities.
