Attic Ladders introduces Attic Studio roof access ladders, an economic 3 section folding ladder that can be used for light usage in a truss or standard roof.
Available up to 2.87 metres in length, the roof access ladders are designed for occasional use and to fit into confined spaces. Attic Studio roof access ladders can be DIY installed and come fully assembled with complete instructions, making installation of the fold down ladders trouble free.
Attic Studio roof access ladders can provide a roof access solution where sound or thermal insulation could be an issue and provide an economical solution to roof access. The hatch is insulated to minimise heat loss and sound transmission while a clip latch and draft excluder ensures tight closing.
The 560mm x 1200mm ceiling opening ensure easy access to roof spaces and with 74° angle and minimal standout, the roof access ladders are ideal for use in tight spaces. Attic Studio roof access ladders are manufactured from kiln dried spruce timber and a hand rail can be fitted to either side of the ladder for added user stability. A unique counterbalance system holds the ladder in an up or down position.
