The Mernda Town Centre was developed as a new shopping precinct to support the retail requirements of the growing population in Mernda, VIC.
Wood look aluminium battens from Alteria Aluminium Systems were selected as feature cladding for external and internal locations within the retail precinct as an alternative to real timber, thereby, minimising maintenance requirements while delivering long-term durability.
Alteria Aluminium 50 x50mm battens in Evoke Osage finish were selected, perfectly complementing the fibre cement Versilux cladding.
