Saniflo grey water pumps were specified for a new dental clinic being set up in an existing multi-storeyed commercial space, which lacked adequate drainage access.

The dental practicewas located in Castle Towers, NSW, an existing shopping centre that had restrictions on the number of core holes a new business could place through their floor to create drainage. There was also the additional risk of disruption caused to neighbouring tenanciesfrom having ceiling panels removed along with the noisy trade work.

According to the Clinical Project Manager, the shopping centre had put a limit of three core holes and also specified the locations, which meant that they wouldn’t be able to have drainage in their sterilisation room. Both the plumber and the hydraulic engineer suggested Saniflo.

The only way to achieve a fully functioning dental clinic in a multi-storey shopping centre was with Saniflo pumps as they avoided disruption to neighbouring tenancies, while allowing the clinic to have all the equipment necessary for operation.
