Thermo Reflective Insulation
Air-Cell Insulbreak®, Permishield® and Permifloor™ are all clean, fibre free and non allergenic thermo reflective insulation products manufactured with a patented cross linked, closed cell foam structure sandwiched by highly reflective foil surfaces. These innovative products reflect radiant heat rather than absorb it as bulk insulation does.
All products are CodeMark certified to the BCA and AS/NZS 4859.1 for compliance. CodeMark is considered the building industry’s highest level of product conformance.
Insulbreak® Thermo Reflective Insulation
- 3-in-1 insulation, vapour barrier, and thermal break
- Designed for steel framed walls and roofs to provide BCA compliance to thermal break requirements which calls for a minimum R0.2 to be installed between the roof or wall cladding and the steel frame to reduce thermal bridging.
- Available as Insulbreak® 65 (6.5mm thick) or Insulbreak® 80 (8mm)

Permishield® Thermo Reflective Insulation
- Breathable insulation membrane
- 3-in-1 insulation, thermal break, and breathable sarking
- Designed for steel framed walls for use behind lightweight cladding materials that require vapour permeance
- Also provides thermal break compliance.
- Available as Permishield® 65 (6.5mm thick) or Permishield® 80 (8mm)
- Roll size 1350mm wide x 22.25m long (30m2)

Permifloor™ Thermo Reflective Insulation
- Water permeable underfloor insulation
- Designed as a 2-in-1 insulation and moisture management solution
- Perforated with tiny holes to allow water and vapour to permeate through preventing excessive moisture build up.
- Roll size 1350mm wide x 33.34m long (45m2)

Permifloor™ 500 Thermo Reflective Insulation
- Same as Permifloor™ but pre cut to 500mm widths
- Designed for easy installation in between standard floor joists at 450mm centres
