Dry pressed bricks from PGH Bricks & Pavers and terracotta roof tiles from Monier Wunderlich will be featured in the popular television show, The Block for the 2013 season.

The Block: All Stars project in Bondi, Sydney involves the renovation of four heritage-listed homes by four ‘All Star’ couples, where Gledswood Blend bricks from the PGH Dry Pressed collection and Monier Terracotta Sunset roof tiles from the Marseille range will be used to enhance the aesthetics of the houses and provide a seamless look between the old and new.

PGH Gledswood Blend is a range of architectural dry pressed bricks featuring a grainy yet smooth, velvety appearance that ages beautifully. Made by pressing clay into individual moulds at very high compression, the PGH dry pressed collection comes in a choice of nine colours.

Monier Marseille Sunset terracotta roof tiles are part of a timeless and classic range inspired by the tradition and lifestyle of the French countryside. The extensive colour palette helps create striking architectural designs, especially when schemed with other materials.

Lauren Saltman, Marketing Product Manager, PGH Bricks & Pavers, believes The Block provides a great opportunity for PGH and Monier to showcase their high quality products in the highly publicised home renovations to builders and home owners.

The Block: All Stars starts airing on Channel 9 at 7pm.
