Track mounted Tribeca retail display spotlights from Aglo Systems were installed in the Go Vita food store, a vitamin and fresh foods shop located in Gymea, NSW.

The brief for the retail lighting application was to evoke feelings of wholesomeness and nature using earthy tones and light/dark contrasts, unlike the conventional, brightly lit, no-shadow supermarket atmosphere.

To create a natural and crisp look, Tribeca retail display spotlights were installed in a 4000k colour temperature option.

Tribeca track mounted spotlights were selected in three different lumen strengths to suit the specific application setting. While the menu board at the front of the store was illuminated with a bright 4700lm to draw attention, the fresh food displays featured 4100lm fittings and the main shelving in the centre of the store was fitted with the 3400lm light.

The installation at the Go Vita store was preceded by the lighting design process with Aglo Systems using Dialux 3D and AGI32 modelling software to determine the anticipated lux levels throughout the store. This ensured that the lighting design encompassing beam angles, lighting positions and products met the client’s brief and Australian building code requirements.
