Mean Well has revised the circuit design of the SCP-35 and SCP-50 series
power supplies to improve the EMI performance.
Now also available with a non-metallic enclosure, the new versions of
the SCP-35 and SCP-50 series power supplies will be compliant with both the
metallic and non-metallic system test environment under EN55022 (CISPR22) Class
B.
The revised SCP-35 and SCP-50 series can be differentiated from the
older design by the additional mark ‘A1’ printed on the product label.
Mean Well’s latest revision only improves EMI performance and there are
no changes in specifications. This product revision should therefore not impact
any existing system designs.
This change will take place on 19th August, 2014 and the data sheets
will be updated in due course.
