Kaeser Compressors introduces a new range of portable air compressors
designed to deliver powerful and efficient performance in a lightweight design.
Kaeser’s new Mobilair M31 portable compressor is a true powerhouse
beneath its scratch- and corrosion-resistant rotation-sintered polyethylene
(PE) sound enclosure. Driven by a powerful, water-cooled Kubota turbo-diesel
engine, the screw airend featuring energy-saving Sigma Profile rotors is
designed for continuous duty.
Mobilair M31 portable compressors offer free air delivery of 3.15 m³/min
at 7 bar, making them suitable for simultaneously powering of two 20kg
breakers, or tools such as air lances, spaders, impact borers and sandblasting
equipment. The compressor is available in 7, 10, 12 and 14 bar versions to meet
a wide range of requirements.
Mobilair M31 can also be equipped with an integrated aftercooler and
centrifugal separator to provide a dependable supply of cool dry air, and even with
a 6.5 kVA generator if required.
Key features of Mobilair M31 portable air compressors include Kaeser’s
patented Anti Frost Control fitted as standard, protecting air tools from
potential damage caused by freezing and corrosion; wide-opening soundproof
enclosure allowing quick and easy access to all maintenance points; hose reel
with 20m lightweight hose enabling compressed air line to be safely stowed away
without trip hazards; available with a 24.1 kW drive motor; standard working
pressures 7, 10, 12 and 14 bar with free air deliveries from 1.9 to 3.15 m³/min;
stationary version also available for specialised applications; and easily
installed on the cargo bed of a truck.
Mobilair M31 portable air compressors are part of Kaeser’s proven Mobilair
range of portable compressors manufactured in a state-of-the-art production
facility located in Coburg, Germany.
