The independent architecture and design gallery in Melbourne is set to hold an exhibition called Graphic Architecture, the curator Warren Taylor from The Narrows.

Taking place from 22 Sept - 15 October 2011, the exhibition draws from Taylor's own collection with local and international contributions of resonant printed matter connected to the field of architecture.

Graphic Architecture Includes work from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, Experimental Jetset, Karel Martens, Fabio Ongarato Design, Archigram, Milton Glaser, Tomato, AMO and many others.

Pin-up is a new, independent architecture and design gallery, project and event space housed within Melbourne’s The Compound Interest: Centre for The Applied Arts.

The gallery is dedicated to exhibiting, communicating and promoting architecture and design in an accessible, responsive and inspirational environment.

Recent happenings at Pin-up include The Housing Project, an exhibition and installation that engaged with issues of urban design, density and housing. As part of the Housing Project activities, Pin-up hosted a series of presentations from exhibiting architects and open-floor discussion around issues of density in the city, civic generosity and affordable housing for our communities.
