For the second year running, Sustainability Live is set to kick off, this time on Thursday, October 11 at The Star in Sydney as part of the 2018 Sustainability Awards program.

Sustainability Live is a CPD event that comprises seven panels in a Q & A format that allows the audience to ask questions  and interact with the various speakers and moderators on what will be a jam-packed day of information and discussion.

The first panel on the day will be How a greener built environment is changing the way we live and work. What is the science behind this trend and can it be readily quantified and how does what we do in Australia compare with our regional neighbours like Singapore, where there is a legally-mandated 40 percent green replacement policy in all urban areas?

This panel is designed to bring the outside in for a better look as it were, and will give panelists the chance to provide details on why landscape ideas and various types of biophilia are changing the way we approach sustainable building design.

Kicking off at 8.45 in the morning, this first panel will be of interest to anyone that is in the business of designing, specifying or requiring biophilia as part of their building or house design.
