The Landmark is a 138-metre tall multi-residential building in Sydney featuring an impressive architecture inspired by local natural elements, and redefining luxury apartment living with resort-style amenities.

Designed by A+ Design Group in collaboration with Warren & Mahoney for New Hope Group & VIMG, The Landmark is strategically located at St Leonards in Northern Sydney, and considered the gold standard in luxury living. The building’s imposing form, award-winning signature waves and shifting angles take inspiration from Sydney’s iconic waterways and the changing reflections of the city and sky. The undulating facade responds to the city’s native landscape, while also integrating seamlessly with the living spaces of each apartment.

The Landmark offers a unique mix of 429 apartments in studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations as well as Sky Homes across 43 levels. The interiors are open and airy with the modern vibe blending beautifully with elements of Georgian history and the natural landscape. The apartments are designed to create an environment of pure luxury with features such as floor-to-ceiling views lending expansiveness, clean and modern lines ensuring seamless flow between different areas; sleek storage, mood lighting and plush carpeting in the bedrooms, and balconies positioned to capture the best possible views of the harbour.

The lavish Sky Homes are richly designed with every room opening up to stunning views of Sydney’s iconic harbour, or across the North Shore to Middle Harbour.

Each apartment is fitted out with modern, state-of-the-art appliances, elevating the overall luxe quotient of each residence. The custom-designed Boffi kitchens include premium appliances by Gaggenau, Miele and Sub-Zero as well as Zip Hydrotaps.

Alex Lim, head of development at New Hope Group explained why ZipWater was specified for the project:

“Since early 2018, and during all our collaborations with Boffi, their feedback for Zip Hydrotap was very positive. Also, in our view, it was the perfect match for the kitchen, providing a combination of style, quality and convenience. The idea of instant filtered, and sparkling water was to minimise the need to purchase or cart around heavy water bottles.”

The Landmark was awarded Gold for the Best Proposed Architecture at the recently-concluded Sydney Design Awards. The Landmark will reach completion by the last quarter of 2021.
