Euro Selekta Clad from Urbanline Architectural was specified for The Highgate Apartments in Brisbane to meet the design objectives of the high-end project.
Located in Highgate Hill, Brisbane, QLD, The Highgate Apartments was designed by Sandra Browne of Cottee Parker Architects for developers Pointcorp Development.
The Highgate features 42 luxurious three-bedroom and penthouse residences, all with panoramic city views. The developer’s goal was to create an iconic, award-winning building that matched the incredible view with a beautiful presence.
Euro Selekta Clad, a composite cladding product from Urbanline Architectural was specified in Silver Oak for the soffits on all the balconies and the pool deck. Euro Selekta Clad was chosen for its stunning timber look as well as its compelling practical benefits including zero maintenance, easy installation, good fixing spans, appropriate fire rating, durability, availability and customer support.
Euro Selekta Clad is recommended for high-exposure and difficult-to-access areas as it won’t rot, split, warp or check. For this project, Urbanline Architectural supplied 1700 square metres of the cladding product.
